Disappointing business class service on this flight.
Disappointed by the seat. Whilst allowing for it to be 'fully flat' it made it very difficult to watch TV for lying down. Would've been preferable to have a 'lounge mode'.
Much better performance than the outbound flight. Service was great and the seats fantastic.
Poor service.
Very snarky service. Felt like we were being supervised and monitored rather than being tended to. The seats are large and have good recline. The blankets are very small, and require a fair degree of awareness to keep yourself covered.
1. Requested front row seat and it was granted 2. Fantastic recline with a footstool provided 3. Intimate cabin 4. Stewards were personable, professional and polished 5. Snacks and the wander wall are a great touch, but weren't extensive.
Upgraded from Premium to Upper class using 10,000 airmiles and well worth it. Particularly impressed with the wine selection.
Solid premium economy cabins and entertainment with the VS flights. I've chosen to nest my frequent flyer and airmiles with Virgin and dropped BA.
