Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) is a hybrid type airline, is the flag carrier of Sweden, Denmark and Norway, and is predominantly based at Copenhagen Kastrup Airport. Its services resemble a low-cost model on short-haul routes, however are full-service on long-haul sectors. It operates a combination of short-haul narrowbody aircraft and long-haul wide-body aircraft, including variants of the A320, A330, A340 and B737, with a high average fleet age of 12 years. SAS' frequent flier program is EuroBonus, and it is a member of Star Alliance.
