Upper deck economy cabin excellent choice
Eating out of a cardboard box, to make it worse, lined black on the inside - disgusting. next time till try Virgin...
Great food and wine on the flight with brilliant service. Seats were spacious and lay flat.
1. Pretty frosty stewards - made me feel quite guilty for asking for service 2. Good selection of films 3. Very cold cabin 4. Tiny amount of food. I was left hungry. Literally only a main and a bread roll supplied 5. Cool safety video
Food portion was incredible small. Service was surprisingly poor.
Sat upstairs in seat 33B. Leg room is awful. No hot towel upon arrival. Was left hungry for most of the flight - similar to other comments here.
Flight was delayed three hours. Food was great but there was very little of it, and all cutlery was flimsy plastic. Not what one would expect from a full service carrier. Seat pitch was woeful. Will try to avoid in the future.
