Eurowings is a low cost carrier in Germany and is based in Dusseldorf. It is a combination of Germanwings and Eurowings, with the two airlines operating under the same brand as of January 2016. Eurowings operates a combination of short-haul narrowbody aircraft and long-haul wide-body aircraft, including variants of the Bombardier CRJ, A320, A330, A340 and B767, with a low average fleet age. Its frequent flier program, Miles & More, is shared with a number of partner airlines in the Lufthansa Group, however it is not a direct member of any alliance.
