Fabulous in every possible way, except that: 1) the cabin interior was fairly noisy versus the A380. 2) With the curtains pulled for privacy, you don't get air ventilation and it gets HOT. 3) Bathroom is too small for first class.
You need to pay in the app to reserve your seat! otherwise is aleatory! Staff were extremely rude and strict with their hand baggage rules. Food was tasteless and the cabin crew did not know which sauces the food had.
In-flight entertainment was mainly French movies, if you are not a cinema fan, you might find their selection slightly unappealing. Economy seats are ok, as good as they can get. As expected, the staff speaks mainly French and not very fluent in EN
Return flight from Abidjan was air France's A380. What a difference from the 777. Food was much better. Surprising as I wouldn't have thought the plane defined the quality of food. No dreaded hard wired headphones as well.
Horrible and dated 777. The headphones are hard wired into the seat so very unsanitary. Seats had scuff marks all over due to heavy usage. Cabin crew were rude and arrogant and not attentive. Shocking business class.
