Aer Lingus is a low-cost airline based at Dublin Airport, Ireland. It is owned by IAG, along with British Airlines and Iberia. It operates a combination of short-haul narrowbody aircraft and long-haul wide-body aircraft, including variants of the A320 and A330. It has a relatively high average fleet age of 11 years. Aer Lingus' on board service level changes depending on the length and destination of the flight - in most cases, all flights operated by A320 aircraft have no complementary on board dining and beverage options. Long-haul A330 services reflect a more traditional full-service model, however without complementary alcoholic beverages. Its frequent flier program is the Gold Circle Club, and it is in the process of joining the Oneworld Alliance.

Cabin was quite dirty.
Slow service. Shambles of a boarding process. Archaic aircraft.
No extras to boast about - just a great service at a brilliant price
